Holiday Carolers Dinner Wednesday, December 18th | 6:00pm - 9:00pm Join us for a festive evening of delicious food, warm company, and live holiday music! Celebrate the season with a magical dinner experience featuring traditional Christmas Carolers singing your favorite holiday songs. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a cozy, joyful atmosphere as we spread the holiday cheer! Menu: SOUP AND SALAD Spinach Brie and Truffle Soup Harvest Salad Heirloom Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese "Candy Cane"- Balsamic syrup and lemon oil. Iceberg Wedge Station MAIN DISHES Prime Rib -Red wine au jus, straight & creamy horseradish (GF) Rolls and butter. Pepper Roasted Salmon- Cranberry pinot noir jus (GF) Roasted Carved Leg of Lamb - Red wine mint jus (GF) Cider Brined Chicken - Caramelized apples and onions, mustard beurre blanc (GF) Wild Mushroom Ravioli (Vegetarian) - Parmesan cream sauce, grilled asparagus, baby heirloom tomatoes.
