Both challenging from the back tees at over 6,500 yards and forgiving from the forward tees, the course at Aliso Viejo Country Club is uniquely appealing to the low-handicap golfer as well as the less experienced golfer.

Located in the hills of Saddleback Valley and surrounded by spectacular views of pristine mountain ranges and picturesque valleys, Aliso Viejo Country Club is an oasis from the fast-paced life of Orange County. The very best golf, dining and social activities.

The Nicklaus-designed 18-hole golf course boasts a strategic challenge from the Tournament Tees at 6,571 while also offering a variety of options for all golfing levels, including the Pines Tees as the family-friendly tee-it-forward course. The Club is enriched with a foundation of growing the game and continuing to build on family fun enjoyment in a country club environment.

Member Associations

At Aliso Viejo, we have four active Associations within the Club. Each Association is welcoming to all golfers with events designed for both the competitive and social golfers in mind. 
 
Men's Golf Association: 8 events throughout the year and a Tuesday night league in the summer.

Women's Golf Association: 7 events throughout the year and a Wednesday night league in the summer.

Couples Golf Association: 5 events throughout the year and 3 Wacky Wednesdays throughout the year.

Junior Golf Association: 3 events throughout the year and PGA Junior Leauge through the spring.
 
Tournaments 
In addition to Association Events, other tournaments at the club include the Club Championships, team play for men, women, and seniors, and qualifiers for the Invited National Tournaments.

Crush It! Juniors Program

Based on principles of the American Development Model (ADM), Aliso Viejo Country Club’s Crush It! Juniors Program is a game-changing golf development program designed to help your junior golfers develop a deep love for the game and the abilities needed to perform on the course.

Whether new or familiar with the game and for fun or friendly competition, the program provides kids with the tools to engage proactively in life and learn valuable lessons they can use in all areas of their lives, while at the same time enabling them to engage in developmentally appropriate experiences and learning opportunities that connect child and family at every step through a progression pathway.

Game On! Program

Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or if you’re coming back to the sport after some time off, Aliso Viejo Country Club’s Game On! Program provides the ideal way for golfers to experience learning the game in an environment and structure that will enable them to build the skills, knowledge and social connections to actively play the game and maximize your Aliso Viejo Country Club membership.

Where Game On! differs from other traditional programs is that it does not measure success based on completing a set number of classes. Instead, success is defined when you have achieved the criteria set out within a 3-Level Progression Pathway that ensures you have harnessed the knowledge, experiences and appropriate level of skill to play the golf course. The length of time spent on the program varies between golfer but it’s why golf is a journey, not a marathon.
