Come dance the calories away with Cardio Salsa! The instructor will teach basic dance movements to get you grooving to the Latin style. This format will get your heartrate going and keep it going to burn fat and calories. Moderate intensity for any age group.

Kids' Club Tuesday-Saturday 4:30 pm-9:00 pm Our childcare service is available to Members and their guests with children 2 years to age 12. Premier Wine Dinner Friday, September 27 | 7 pm Looking for a unique experience that combines wine and food tasting? Look no further! Join us for a night of learning about Wines and tasting amazing food, prepared by none other than Chef Ivo himself. This is an opportunity you won't want to miss, so grab your friends and come along for a night you'll never forget. First Course: White Wine & Butter Poached Maine Lobster with Coconut & Citrus Butternut Squash Puree, Asparagus, and Citrus Buerre Blanc Second Course: Porcini Dusted Duck Breast with Quinoa Salad, Cranberry, Walnut, and Minus 8 Vinaigrette Third Course: Balsamic Infused Braised Short Rib with Au Gratin Potato, Shimeji Mushroom, and Red Wine Sauce Dessert: Roasted Pear Cheesecake Tart with Orange Tuile $125++ per person. Boot Camp with Jerell

Boot Camp classes will be a mix of Pilates, body weight resistance exercises, and use of weight equipment. This format is designed to build your strength and endurance and help develop balance and agility. Fun full body workout as well as strong core development. Moderate intensity, for any age group.

Yoga with Karen A.

Yoga Instructor- Karen A. The practice of different poses (Asanas) through step by step verbal description and demonstration. Yoga will build strength and balance, increase flexibility and can help with personal focus. Suitable for all fitness levels. Complimentary for all Bay Oaks CC Members- Group exercise room- Sign in on arrival For the safety of all our Members and Staff, please bring your own mat, something that to use for stretching (such as a yoga strap, necktie or towel), and a yoga block (or something similar to that shape) so we can use in the class
