HIIT Class With Jerell
HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA Class
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

Bush from 1994 to 2018, managing key events such as the George Bush Presidential Library Center opening and the USS George H.W. Bush commissioning. She also coordinated special projects like the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund. Previously, she was Deputy Press Secretary to First Lady Barbara Bush and edited her memoirs. Jean has authored several books, including "The Man I Knew" and her latest, "Character Matters." She is active on various boards, including Points of Light and the George and Barbara Bush Foundation, and lives in Houston, Texas. Murder Mystery Dinner - Til Death Do Us Part Friday, November 15 Dinner Starts at 6 p.m. | Mystery Starts at 7 p.m. $50 per person The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, but the wedding bells aren’t ringing for this not-so-happy couple when a member of the wedding party is murdered! With a raging bridezilla and an unenthused groom on the scene, it may be happily never after in this nuptial nightmare. Trade clues with your guests and help the hapless couple figure out whodunnit so they can say I do before the wedding hour passes them by! The bride and groom aren’t picky, so you can wear just about whatever you’d like. In fact, we encourage you to wear your own wedding dress or the most ridiculous wedding attire you can come up with. HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA Class
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA Class
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

HIIT Class With Jerell
HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA Class
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song.
