About Joe
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Health Coach, BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASM Certified Golf Fitness Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University. Joe enjoys using his education and experience to construct holistic fitness programs for the clients he serves while instructing them on the practical implications of his training methods.

About Ricky
Ricky has been a certified fitness professional for nearly 17 years, specializing in golf fitness and corrective exercising; he is a TPI Level 2 Fitness and Junior Specialist. While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from The University of Connecticut, he also participated in track and field. He now resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and three boys. Ricky brings enthusiasm and charisma that will instill confidence and inspire others to develop a lifestyle of physical fitness.

About Brenda
Brenda has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry graduating from the National Personal Trainer Institute in 2011. She has numerous certifications from accredited institutions such as AFAA, SCW, FITOUR, and ACTION; and is licensed to teach Zumba, POUND, INTRINITY, and many other formats of group instruction. On top of her extensive experience, she is also an author and presenter for IDEA Health and Fitness Association. Brenda’s passion is in helping women achieve their fitness goals and living a healthier life; and she specializes in working with individuals who have fibromyalgia.

Dana Miller

About Dana
Dana has been with the team since 2018. She is a certified RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Instructor. Dana is also certified in Mindfulness & Yin Yoga, KidzYoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Her passion is teaching others awareness of the body and mind. Dana’s mission is to teach balancing and strengthening techniques for the body and mind that help manage daily stress.
